Yoga has never been so easy! I believe everyone deserves to enjoy yoga! In my private classes, I teach students of all ages and bodies! As a yoga teacher, I strive to teach in a way that makes everyone feel calm, comfortable and motived! I help beginner yogis feel stable in their practice, learn fundamental postures, and ensure a safe practice for everyone. I believe that my knowledge of yoga increases every day as I learn from my students, daily life and my practice. I have an empowering, friendly and motivational approach to my intense vinyasa classes and a gentle, compassionate approach when teaching slower restorative classes. I support all my students through the asanas giving them the most enjoyable experience possible. I teach in a way that builds understanding and purpose, Allowing my students to look to the beauty that is already within them. I try my best to bring my students out of their minds and into their practice. I also guide my students through meditations, pranayama and offer guidance. My classes are built to fit your schedule.

Hey, I am Rachael, welcome to my website! Yoga found me when I needed it most I was depressed, anxious and lonely. I had been doing gymnastics up until that time which made it a fun transition. I went to my first yoga class with my mum and from there on everything changed. I think it is important to leave your mat feeling amazing with a smile on your face that is why as a yoga teacher, I strive to teach in a way that makes everyone feel calm, comfortable and motived!  I designed this website for anyone that is looking for a yoga teacher in person or online. This could be for one on one sessions, group, family, friends or retreats. This website makes it easy to contact me and connect with me. I hope you consider doing a lesson with me.
